Team Coordinator Returns at the Burgwedel E-Commerce Warehouse (m/f/d)

As a professional leadership, you motivate and develop your team, create the deployment planning and are the first to contact all concerns You are responsible for the entire return process – from goods acceptance to restocking – and ensure an efficient and smooth process Proactively identify process disorders, fix them immediately and continuously bring your own ideas to increase efficiency and quality In addition, you will overwhelm the relevant key figures (KPI's) and the quality of return processing, derive measures in case of deviations and thus ensure the achievement of the target Finally, you are the central interface to internal departments (e.g. customer service, commissioning, goods exit), external partners, as well as department and department management

Training as a specialist for warehouse logistics and/or relevant professional experience in warehouse and material management A good feeling in dealing with people and ideally first leadership experience combined with a performance-oriented approach Knowledge in the field of return processing and relevant IT systems (e.g. warehouse management software) are advantageous Communication strength, organisational skills and ability to keep an overview even in stress situations Good MS Office skills, as well as safe handling of key figures Foreclosure, or willingness to complete the training Work in day shift and willingness to work on occasional weekends and overtime
