You serve 2–3 objects in the Braunschweig / Salzgitter region and ensure smooth operations on site. Your duties Responsibility for the organization, control and monitoring of the technical cleaning processes in the assigned objects Planning and management of cleaning staff Ensuring our quality and safety standards Conducting regular object visits and documentation Contact for customers, employees and service providers Support for smaller technical activities Close cooperation with the service manager, who will assist you professionally Basic working time Monday to Freit in Tagschicht Your seat: Your branch is located in Salzgitter, from here you will serve your customers in the Salzgitter / Braunschweig area. Completed training in the field of cleaning/building cleaning (e.g. building cleaner, object manager qualification, etc.) Professional experience in technical cleaning of advantage Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Driving licence class B mandatory High readiness, organisational ability and independent working Ready for weekend work if required
