Do you want to design business excellence across divisions and drive the sustainable optimization of our business processes along the entire value added? As Head of Business Excellence (m/w/d), you are responsible for the design, development and scaling of our excellence and production system and, with uniform standards, lean methods and consistent KPI control, create the basis for sustainable improvements across business units, societies and locations. The following activities are expected: Conception, development and division-wide rollout of the excellence and production system along the entire value chain Definition and development of binding standards, maturity models, target systems, KPI systems and lean methods as well as ensuring their division-wide application Planning and control of maturity assessments, workshops and cross-business improvement programmes, including follow-up of measures and assessment of their effectiveness Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the team and professional management of the division-wide excellence network Development and responsibility of a division-wide qualification architecture for excellence methods including curriculum, certification levels and international training Consulting Division- und Business-Unit-Leitungen als Internal Contact (m/w/d) und Impulsgeber zu Strategy Conversion, Business Process Architecture as well as Innovation and Efficiency Potentials Control and prioritization of the division-wide improvement portfolio with focus on measurable value contributions and sustainable process optimization Promoting best practice and knowledge transfer across functional areas, societies
