Our department is responsible for enabling a data-driven business model as well as for the early and automatic recognition of market signals and their transfer to target, tracking and control mechanisms. Current fields of action include the production of links to major wholesale and retail systems and the establishment of a functioning end-to-end sales tunnel with the aim of tracking, monitoring and controlling sales KPIs, so that the management can make data-based decisions. Your tasks: Analysis & Optimization of sales and controlling processes: You are responsible for the analysis and optimization of the entire distribution process for vans and transporters – from lead generation to completion – and develop innovative approaches

Data-driven management solutions including old systems: You design, develop and implement data-based solutions to increase efficiency in the sales and CSP E2E tunnel

Trend analysis, KPIs & sales controlling: You identify and implement new digital trends in data analytics, controlling and old systems

Creation of reports, dashboards & Forecasts & Presentation at management level: You develop and answer the creation and presentation of detailed reports, dashboards and forecasts

Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work with sales, controlling, IT and specialist departments to successfully integrate data from old systems and modern systems into operational and strategic management

You bring intercultural competence and work with international teams

Ensuring data quality & integrity: You are responsible for the quality, integrity and consistency of sales and financial data, in particular for the integration and harmonisation of old data necessary for reporting

Superior degree (Master, MBA or PhD) in Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable degree Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R), BI and controlling tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, SAP) as well as experience in the application and further development of future-oriented skills At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel) Evidence of intercultural competence and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international teams Strong agile mindset and readiness to quickly adapt to new methods and technologies to proactively advance the continuous development of analysis and controlling methods Excellent interpersonal, communicative and analytical skills as well as the ability to interpret complex data and communicate clearly Maximum 3 years of professional experience (outside the course) First experience (outside study) in the development and implementation of management and controlling concepts in sales is advantageous Excellent communication skills, in particular for communicating complex controlling and IT concepts, as well as an innovative mindset to proactively identify new digital trends We appreciate applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility Self-employed, structured working and high problem-solving competence Ready for continuous further education in data analysis, controlling and system integration Very good knowledge of English and German We look forward to your online application.
