Development and implementation of the corporate strategy in an international pharmaceutical distribution environment Identification of new market opportunities, services and business models Control of growth, digitization and transformation projects Management of operational areas: procurement, warehouse logistics, distribution, customer service Ensuring all regulatory requirements (GDP, GMP-close processes, drug trading) Optimization of supply chain structures in terms of efficiency, quality and risk management Introduction of scalable processes, systems and digital solutions Construction and maintenance of international manufacturer, distributor and partner relations Negotiating strategic cooperation and framework agreements Market and competition analysis to further develop the portfolio P&L responsibility, investment management and budget management

Found experience at management or top management level in pharmaceutical wholesale, distribution or life science scale Understanding GDP, logistics processes and pharmaceutical regulation Experience in transformation, process optimization and international expansion Sovereign control of complex value chains Representative communication and leadership skills High quality standards and compliance minimum set Ability to lead organisations through growth and change Experience in international export/import of pharmaceutical products Know-how for ERP/SCM digitization or automation projects Experience in handling international audit and inspection authorities
