To strengthen our team of outpatient help, we are looking for you as: Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You shape the start of assistance of children, young people and families individually, sensitively and in close coordination with the relevant youth offices. With pedagogical expertise, patience and heart, you can provide reliable support and support for children, young people and families in everyday life. Together with youth offices and families, you develop sustainable perspectives for the further path of life. Parental and family work is not an addition to you, but a central part of your daily work – partnership, applied and binding. You work closely with youth offices, guardianships and other departments and actively represent your professional perspective in help conferences. You document the entire aid process carefully and legally compliant – including all reports required for cooperation with authorities.

You have a degree – e.g. in social work, social, medical and childhood education, psychology or educational sciences, or still in the middle of studies. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing on C1 level. A systemic basic attitude, as well as experience in stationary child and youth assistance, or a comparable working field. For you, an esteeming, prejudice-free cooperation in the team is the basis of professional action – and you live this claim in everyday life. With empathy, commitment and a good portion of humor and resilience, you shape your daily work.

Regular team meetings, case meetings, supervisions and internal/external training ensure the quality of your work and provide you with valuable impulses for personal development. You will receive an unlimited employment contract in full or part-time. 30 days a year at a 5-day week as well as two additional free days on 24.12 and 31.12., if you do not have a service – otherwise you will receive corresponding compensation days. A remuneration based on the TV-L S forms the basis of your salary.
