IT-Administrator - hybrid (m/f/d)

In this role, you will ensure a stable and secure system environment in the Microsoft and Linux environment. You enter and operate central IT services such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Cloud, Intune (Windows and Mac) and firewall and VPN gateways. In addition, you take over the administration and maintenance of VMware clusters with connected fiber channel systems as well as the associated backup infrastructure and are responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of VMware ESXi systems, fiber channel systems and Veeam environments. Your tasks include the maintenance and further development of the system and network environment as well as the consistent implementation of high IT security standards. You actively participate in the planning, preparation and implementation of IT projects and take over the user and application support in the 1st and 2nd levels. In addition, you support the documentation and implementation of information security and cyber security measures. Another focus of your activity is the establishment and further development of an information security management system (ISMS) according to common standards such as ISO 27001 or BSI IT basic protection. In addition, you are responsible for the documentation and processing of incidents in the area of data protection and information security, making an important contribution to the continuous improvement of the entire IT security architecture.

You have a completed training or study of computer science or a comparable qualification and brings several years of experience as a system administrator in medium-sized or larger companies. You also have at least 5 years of professional experience in security and IT infrastructure. Your knowledge includes M365 (including Entra ID, Intune for Android, Apple and Microsoft devices as well as SharePoint) and sound network knowledge in TCP/IP, IPv6 and IPSec VPN. In addition, you have deep experience in Microsoft and Linux system landscapes, are versed in dealing with VMware, Fiber Channel, Veeam as well as hybrid cloud environments, bringing sound expertise to information security and cyber security. SAP basic knowledge is desirable. You also have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Personally, you are convinced by a self-organized, solution-oriented way of working with a pronounced security awareness.
