Since 2021 we have also been active in the field of reproduction medicine in the human medicine market.

Digitization is not a keyword for us, but our growth engine. While our customers are relying on precision in process control, data management and image analysis, you are in the background for technological impact. You report directly to the CTO and master the growing complexity by combining operational excellence with a holistic product vision. In short, you make digitalization tangible for our customers. You're the visionary behind our systems. You unravel and manage a scalable architecture that sets standards across all locations You guide your developer team in Germany (disciplinary & technical) as well as colleagues in the USA (scientific). Optimizing processes and team structures guarantees maximum performance and planability You continuously optimize software development in terms of quality, innovation, transit time and effort You are responsible for the structured preparation, planning, budgeting and timely implementation of projects with your team and external partners You translate complex requirements (load booklets) and convert them into running, high-performant software solutions. Your focus is on integrating requirements and systems You keep the sovereignty over our toolchain. You manage and optimize our repositories as well as workflows to guarantee maximum efficiency, data security and clean versioning You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, support the teams in implementing relevant standards and coordinate internal and external audits

Complete study of automation technology, computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification You have already managed teams and know how to motivate employees – also across time zones You master modern software architecture and have experience in managing complex software projects GitLab and Jira are not black holes for you, but precise controlled tools for clean processes You will certainly communicate in German and English to pick up both local teams and US colleagues and external partners Despite leadership, you do not hesitate to dive deep into the administration when it burns
