Your tasks:

• Operation, maintenance and repair of installations and infrastructure according to legal requirements
• Creating test concepts to ensure the Safety and environmental requirements
• Contract management: supplier selection, supply collection, technical clarification and accounting
• Foreign company coordination: instruction, monitoring and creation Working instructions/risk assessments
• Coordination of technical service providers of dates, costs and quality
• Organisation and supervision of expert examinations
• Preparation and participation in audits

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training as an investment mechanic (Sanitary, Heating, climate) or in related areas, with Master's degree or similar qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in construction, heating, ventilation and climate technology, industrial mechanics, maintenance and maintenance
• Experience in the handling of industrial waste disposal systems
• Knowledge of legal regulations (Trinkwasserverordnung, VDI 6023 & VDI 2047)
• First SAP knowledge and safe handling of Google Workspace
• Very good knowledge of German and advanced English
• Embossed communicative skills and structured, results-oriented work
• Ready to use, reliability and awareness of responsibility, as well as willingness to call and temporary work
