Order acceptance and technical advice of customers Implementation of dialogue and vehicle diagnostics Active sale of services Termination and classification of the work to be carried out Testing customer bonus Calculation of cost suggestions, commercial repair extension incl. Complete training as a service consultant or technical training in the vehicle industry knowledge of commercial vehicle technology/electronics as well as master certificate and driving licence of the CE class Multiannual, relevant professional experience Good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP) Self-employed, structured and customer-oriented work High solution orientation Secure negotiation skills High commitment, flexibility and resilience Embossed customer and service orientation
