As a system administrator (m/w/d), you are part of our IT department and contact for Microsoft 365 cloud services in the company. You take over the administration, configuration and continuous optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment, including the implementation of security-relevant guidelines. You support 2nd and 3rd level support and are in close contact with manufacturers and internal specialist departments. You are responsible for managing user accounts, groups, licenses and permissions in Microsoft 365 and in the On-Premises environment. You plan and realize integrations and migrations within the Microsoft 365 platform. You actively contribute to the planning and implementation of modern system architectures and support the team in the projects.

You have completed studies in the field of computer science or completed professional training. You bring well-founded knowledge to Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Exchange; ideally also experience dealing with PowerShell. You are characterized by a pronounced analytical thinking capacity and work independently, customer-oriented and conscientious. You master the German and English language well in word and writing.
