Team Lead Databases (m/f/d)

You conduct your team responsibly and ensure stable operation and continuous optimization of centrally operated database systems. That means you always have a look at ensuring the performance, availability and security of the systems. You also tax projects in the field of database management and architecture. In addition, you will ensure smooth and targeted cooperation with adjacent IT areas as well as external partners. As a Sparring partner, you will guide your team with confidence and offer a framework for its promotion and further development.

Your basis is a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring multi-year professional experience in the database environment (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and you know well in at least one of these database systems. Ideally, you could prove yourself in the professional leadership of teams. You are an analytically thinking head, which also efficiently structured its team and work tasks. With your fluent knowledge of German and English, you communicate on a technical level and in an international context with confidence.
