Area Manager Warehouse Operations (m/f/d)

As an Area Manager (m/w/x), you will not only control the operating warehouse processes at our Dreieich site, but also significantly participate in the logistics for our Data Center locations. Operational control & responsibility: The coordination of daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, internal flows of goods) as well as the control of the Data Center logistics are within your responsibility. Leadership & Team Development: Through clear communication, regular feedback and targeted development, you strengthen your own responsibility and cooperation in the team. Interface management: As a central contact person in the camp, you work closely with internal departments as well as external service providers:inside and ensure smooth coordination. Performance & Process Improvement: You analyze relevant KPIs, guide optimization measures and implement them consistently. Quality, Safety & Standards: Compliance with safety, quality, and process standards is guaranteed and is an example of how you work.

Qualification: You have a degree in logistics, business management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. As an alternative to training with appropriate professional experience. Experience & leadership: Multiannual experience in an operational logistics environment as well as first to well-founded leadership experience will distinguish you. IT & Process Understanding: The safe handling of warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP) as well as MS Office, in particular Excel, is of course for you. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing allow you to communicate safely in the international environment. Personal strengths: You work structured, solution-oriented and binding, focus on the team's ideas and keep track of changing priorities.
