Commercial Project Manager (m|w|d) | Commercial Project Manager (m|w|d) Job ID 75251 | Location Heidenheim Your duties Your main tasks include the full management of the commercial tasks of a project, as well as the proactive and coordinated implementation of the project management. You are responsible for the commercial tendering and order processing (with the focus of international major projects) including the examination of tendering, requesting and ordering conditions and the preparation of commercial comments. In addition, you work out delivery and consortial contracts and negotiate them. They coordinate legal, tax, transport, financing and insurance issues. Project-related risk management, accounting and payment processing as well as claim and receivable management are also part of your field of activity. Your profile You have successfully completed your studies in legal science, folk or business administration, economic engineering or a comparable degree program. You can present knowledge of contract and commercial management ideally in the context of EPC/EPCM projects as well as experience in common standards and regulations (FIDIC, NEC etc.). Finding professional experience in commercial offering processing or order processing, as well as 10 years of experience in international projects in plant engineering, will bring you with you. They have basic knowledge in the fields of financial and accounting, accounting, controlling, taxes and insurance. First contact points with project management tools and planning tools (e.g. Primavera) are of advantage. Your knowledge of German and English is very good in word and writing; other foreign language skills are welcome. They are generally ready for international missions (about 20%).
