Fung as a central point of contact for software license issues around Microsoft Optimize license management processes, compliance with software compliance requirements and support internal partners Advice on Microsoft licensing issues from various business and IT projects Continuous improvement of software and license management processes in the PDCA cycle Development, implementation and prosecution of measures to ensure compliance and the sustainable optimization of licensing costs by, for example, conscientious and efficiency enhancement Monitoring and enforcement of licensing requirements Various tasks from strategic to operational activities covering the entire spectrum of licensing thematics Cooperation with IT departments, central IT purchasing and software licensers to find the best solution for our company and our partners Accompanying Carve-In/ Carve-Out activities in the focus of software license management The position can be occupied at the locations Berlin, Düsseldorf, Neuenstadt, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß and Bremen.

A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Software Technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in software license management Very good knowledge of the common Microsoft contracts for user, client and server services for cloud computing and on-premise environments Knowledge of software license management tools (e.g. Flexera) Knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g. Jira & Confluence) Good knowledge of IT infrastructure/ IT software as well as Microsoft SharePoint and Excel Experience in the project and process management in the international environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High affinity for adapting existing or creating new solutions
