In this position, you optimize CRM sub-processes such as event, trade fair or address management and work closely with the respective process managers. You advise the specialist departments regarding the efficient use of Creatio CRM and translate technical requirements into technical specifications. In addition, you will coordinate the implementation of new requirements – from customizing and workflows to testing and release management and the further development of the application. You support the integration of Creatio CRM into the existing system landscape (e.g. ERP, portals, support tools, Power BI or mobile applications) and ensure compliance with information security requirements. In addition, you train users, create documentation, provide data quality and consistent reporting structures and work on digitalization projects to improve customer experience.

A completed study of (economic) computer science or business or a comparable qualification forms the basis for this position. You have professional experience in CRM consulting, CRM administration or application support, ideally with Creatio CRM or similar systems. In addition, you have a thorough understanding of customer processes from marketing, sales and service as well as their mapping in CRM systems. Knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN), business process optimization and technical know-how regarding customizing, workflows and cutting points are also included. Your profile is rounded off by experience in project management (classical or agile), pronounced communication and moderation skills as well as analytical thinking.
