Head of Billing / Master Data Management (m/f/d)

Leadership: Leadership and further development of an approximately 13-member team as well as promotion of open and trusted cooperation Billing: Responsibility for a correct and timely monthly billing of more than 40 branches and correct mapping of our customer contracts in the relevant systems Projects: Responsibility for the billing share in the SAP finance project as well as for the introduction and further development of the e-audit (eInvoice) Processes: Continuous optimization and further development of processes and systems in cooperation with IT, accounting, sales and our branches Data and digitalization: use and further development of modern tools such as Power BI, creating transparency and data-based control Integration: Accompanying the integration of new branches and large customers with complex contractual structures and occasional travel activities within Germany

Qualification: completed commercial training with relevant professional experience or comparable business studies Billing experience: experience in billing, accounting, master data management, finance or a comparable commercial area Leadership: Experience in the leadership and further development of teams as well as an appreciation, empathic and clear leadership style Process understanding: Joy in questioning, optimizing and developing processes together with different interfaces System affinity: interest in ERP systems, data and digital solutions and openness for new technologies Communication: Communication strength, a structured and solution-oriented approach and very good English skills
