• Work with 37 hours/week in sliding time

These are your tasks as technical specialists:

• Support in the processing of customer requests
• Management and maintenance of customer data
• General office organization and administration
• Home connection processing: Search for the progress of construction in network customers Coordination and communication with internal and external partners Documentation and tracking

This is what you bring for this job:

• Complete technical or commercial training
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• MS-Office knowledge
• SAP knowledge desirable
• First professional experience in data management is advantageous
