The service company Ammerland-Klinik mbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ammerland-Klinik GmbH and provides various services for this at the Westerstede site. In a unique concept in Germany, Ammerland-Klinik together with the Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Westerstede forms the Klinikzentrum Westerstede. Support in budget planning and monitoring and budget negotiations Implementation of deviation analyses including commentary and development of problem-solving proposals Preparation of analyses and reports for management and other addressees* Participation in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Participation in the preparation of official reports, e.g. to the InEK, to statistical offices, cost institutions, etc. Support in the further development and optimization of the controlling processes, in particular the BI system, as well as identification and support of the implementation of potential AI solutions Participation in various projects

a completed study (Bachelor) of an economic discipline, ideally in health management or comparable, alternatively an education in the nursing or commercial field with relevant knowledge in the aforementioned tasks routine in dealing with MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, as well as very good Excel skills or the willingness to acquire them Know-how in orbis or business intelligence solutions would be desirable Understanding figures and IT interests Communication competency, engagement and a structured, analytical and targeted way of working
