As a department manager, you take responsibility for a challenging business field within the private banking and run a dedicated team of specialists with high professional competence and strong customer orientation. Together with your team, you will significantly influence the further development of the entrepreneur-private banking system of the Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal. You accompany wealthy entrepreneurs, traders, freelance professionals as well as selected private banking customers at the highest level of consulting and develop this strategically significant business field in a sustainable manner. You understand leadership as a development of people and create a powerful working environment that promotes self-responsibility, cohesion and sales success alike. In addition to the leadership of your team, you are responsible for the operational sales management, supervise selected entrepreneurs and asset customers in person, continuously develop consulting and sales processes and actively participate in the strategic orientation of private banking. In addition, you promote close cooperation with the corporate customer areas as well as the specialists of the Sparkassen financial group and represent the Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal as a competent contact person or competent contact person within your network.
