You are a direct contact person for all functions involved in rail replacement traffic and work closely with resource planning, control center, task carriers and other transport companies. You control the implementation of the requirements of the transport contract (e.g. the correct passenger information, the holding site infrastructure, the processing of route information and the use of travel guides). You support our quality management and make sure that the performance of the contracted bus companies meets all the requirements of the transport contracts and are correctly charged. You enter our digital solution to capture real-time data for replacement traffic. .
