Individual support: Your actions are based on the individual level of development of clients and promote them in their overall personality. Therapeutic support: You support therapeutic interventions and participate in supervisions. Collaboration: You are in close contact with parents, schools, training centres, authorities and other bodies. Documentation: You document what You do and create reports as well as educational planning in a multi-professional team.

Qualification: Educational training, e.g. to the educator (w/m/d), social education (w/m/d) or comparable, further education in the field of sexual education Experiences: in the field of intensive education in stationary youth assistance and in dealing with young people who are burdened or traumatized with cross-border behaviour Competences: reflectivity, structured and independent working methods, cooperation competence Special interest: The specialized field of work and the long-term perspective of our residents raises your particular interest.
