Complete business studies focusing on personnel, economic law or comparable qualifications Long-standing leadership experience in HR management of a manufacturing, internationally embossed business environment with decentralized structures, ideally in the metal environment detectable experience in transformation, restructuring, reorganization with successful change management Interface and intercultural competence Knowledge of individual and collective labour law Embossed number and IT affinity Sovereign, trust-building communication in dealing with executives, employees and employee representatives Authentic, structured and powerful personality with strategic view, pragmatism and high integrity German and English skills readiness for regular missions
