Introducing new employees: You are responsible for the incorporation and training of new colleagues and make sure they are quickly involved in their tasks.

Working on the area: You actively support the team in the day-to-day business on the storage area and help to smoothly shape the processes

Knowledge transfer: As the first contact person on the surface, you will be able to answer questions to the employees and make sure that all the necessary knowledge and skills have

Implementation of safety instructions: You regularly carry out safety and health instructions to ensure that all employees work safely and according to the applicable regulations

Process optimization: You check and support the compliance of the storage processes and ensure that workflows are carried out efficiently and safely

Feedback and monitoring: You test the performance of the employees, give constructive feedback and help to find solutions if necessary to improve the work results

Documentation: You create and provide training documents and document the actions carried out

Experience in logistics and sound knowledge of the processes in the warehouse

Valid forklift and safe handling of industrial trucks

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Good understanding of IT and safe handling of common office programs

ready for shift work (spring, late and possibly night shifts)

Strong communication skills and joy in communicating knowledge
