CDO SSO CO1 ITOM 2 Application is part of the CDO SSO CO1 IT Operation Management (ITOM 2) and responsible for the operation of dezSinN procedures, accompanied and supported in projects, administrates middleware and applications.

-Your tasks:-

· 2nd / 3rd level support of customer applications · Incident Management and Troubleshooting for application operation · Specialist*in for middleware products, priority application server · Planning, construction and operation of complex server solutions in the areas Windows and UNIX, along with virtualization under ESX, which is partly in safe protection environment · Analysis of problems reported by the Helpdesk or by the Monitoring · Fixing or targeted allocation of problems to the operation (network, Server, Clients, Application) · Documentation creation of software applications related to Migration activities as a contribution to overall concepts

-Your profile:

· Successfully completed IT-related studies or comparable Qualifications

• Mind. 5 years of professional experience in operating Windows and UNIX derivatives (AIX, Suse Linux, RedHat Linux) and in operation of deployment of Middleware products · Experience in application hosting, ideally related to Sw products Sparx Enterprise Architect, Microfocus Dimensions and Alfabet · Solid knowledge of compliance · Clients to ITIL / ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 · Decision-making and persuasiveness · Willingness to carry out business trips · Participation in readiness · Prosecutive knowledge of German and English ​in word and Writing
