You assume the overall responsibility for building and running a stationary care facility with a focus on comorbidity You run the facility and care service in a double function You plan, tax and organize all the nursing, organizational and administrative processes You are responsible for the economic and personnel management of the facility You design and optimise care and care processes for people with mental illnesses You care for a stable occupation and accompany the reception of new residents: inside

At least two years of professional experience in working with people with mental illnesses Recognised additional qualification in psychiatric care (in accordance with national law or DKG recommendation for care in psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy) Completed training as a nursing specialist Completed training for nursing services Experience in a leading function in the care area Impressed leadership skills and responsibility
