As an integral part of our multi-functional and multi-site team, you will be able to participate in the self-sponsored support and holistic consulting of German first-insurance companies in all matters of risk and capital management. In cooperation with our analysts and other Aon experts, you can significantly support the design, presentation and implementation of tailor-made risk transfer solutions. Depending on what experience and expertise you bring and develop, you take more and more responsibility, expand your network, and increasingly interact with our customers and reinsurance partners at all hierarchy levels. You help to unlock new growth areas, acquire new customer relationships and thus contribute to continuously expanding our business and customer base. You work with national and international strategy and growth projects in cooperation with Aon colleagues worldwide. What you bring You have successfully completed your commercial training and/or economics studies (e.g. BWL) – with a banking or insurance focus – and already have first relevant professional practice, internships or working student activity in the client management of a bank, a (back) insurer or broker/consultancy company. You have experience and skills in the structured identification of customer needs as well as the design, presentation and realization of tailor-made solutions and services. You like to interact with customers and other stakeholders, think conceptually and go analytically to the ground. You have already proven your willingness to use, your own initiative and your organizational talent. You work independently as effectively as in the team, bringing even complex ideas to the point and communicating fluently in German and English. In customer contact with those responsible for all hierarchical levels, you will perform safely and addressably. Very good MS Office knowledge complete your profile.
