Together with the team, you create the raw and finished materials from which candy will later arise. You can learn how modern production facilities are prepared, started, monitored and controlled. You have an eye for quality and check both raw materials and finished products. You are involved in the production, storage and packaging of our products and see how all processes interlock. Quality and hygiene standards are used reliably and learn why You are so important for perfect production.

You have at least one final or a good qualifying main school degree - or are on your way. You find technical processes fascinating and have fun thinking analytic-logical. With numbers you get well and natural sciences, such as mathematics, physics, chemistry and technology inspire you. You work reliably, take responsibility and organize yourself independently. Flexibility and self-initiative characterize you and you are always open to learning new things. Team spirit is important to you: you like to work with others and want to contribute your part to the joint success.
