Technical and organizational management of the workshop in the area of control cabinet construction Planning, control and monitoring of production orders taking into account quality, dates and cost-effectiveness Guidance, deployment planning and further development of employees in control cabinet construction Ensuring the timely material availability in coordination with purchasing and storage Monitoring professional production according to current schedules, unit lists and applicable standards Conduct and ensure quality control as well as release of the manufactured control cabinets Analysis of production deviations and implementation of appropriate improvement measures Continuous optimization of workflows and manufacturing processes Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, safety and quality regulations Close cooperation with design, electrical engineering, project management, service and purchasing

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering, for example as an electronics company for operating technology, automation technology or comparable qualification Continuing training for master or technician desirable Multiannual professional experience in control cabinet construction, ideally in machine or plant construction First experience in the leadership of employees or the willingness to take over leadership responsibility Safe handling of current schedules and knowledge of relevant VDE and DIN standards Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working Teamability, communication strength and high quality awareness
