Your tasks with us:

Competent and demand-oriented consulting of our construction finance customers Analysis of individual customer needs and goals Development of needs-oriented solutions, taking into account public funding programmes, public funding and offers from our partners Insurance of income and asset risks in cooperation with specialists Use of cross-selling potentials in the sense of cooperative advice Active new customer acquisition and implementation of sales targets System-based real estate assessment within the small loan limit Creation of credit votes including authorisation in the context of the transferred competences or risk-oriented rejection of credit applications

Take this with you:

A completed training to the bank clerk or a comparable qualification Ideally, a corresponding technical qualification as well as several years of experience in building financing and customer consulting – alternatively, you will be able to develop yourself in this area Impressed customer and service orientation as well as a structured, self-responsive and decision-making work Sovereign appearance, persuasiveness and a high degree of communication skills in word and writing High earnings orientation, commitment, self-responsibility, flexibility and professional competence, with which you achieve sustainable success for our customers, for yourself and for the bank Ability to get into a new team quickly and constructively
