Technology & product development: You develop our platform and app significantly – with a clear focus on scalability, architecture and real added value for our users. Tech Strategy & Architecture: You set technical guidelines, make decisions consciously and well-founded and motivate for an architecture that is efficient, stable and sustainable. AI Strategy & Integration: You are integrierst AI where it really brings our business model forward. You develop use cases along our platform, app and internal workflows and establish modern tools (LLMs, RAG, Claude, GPT etc.) as a solid part of our Tech Roadmap. Leadership & Team Development: You are leading our development team clearly, appreciated and at eye level. You promote Ownership, set priorities and create structures that give orientation and scope for action. Interface between Tech & Business: You understand how stylink works – from Creator Commerce to partnerships to internal processes. With this understanding, you bring technical perspectives into strategic decisions. Processes & Quality: You ensure that our standards (CI/CD, testing, reviews) are adhered to and developed – efficiently, modern and scalable. Innovation & further development: You keep relevant trends in mind, test new approaches and proactively advance meaningful developments.

Multiannual experience in development (e.g. Ruby on Rails, React or similar) and desire to go new ways. A completed computer science study or a comparable qualification. Lead-, Head- or Director-Level leadership experience Experience or high motivation in modern AI technologies Clarity in decisions and at the same time fingertips in leadership Ability to understand complex technical issues Joy of responsibility and strategic development Very good knowledge of German and good English. You work from our office in Münster.
