Development and publication of job advertisements for nurses and nursing workers Assessment of job descriptions for nurses under the applicable legal and collective conditions Communication with the participants of a job placement process (e.g. applicants, supervisors, bodies, human resources management, nursing director) Full processing of personnel for all processes from recruitment to termination of work Advising the nursing director, executives and employees in work, tariff and selected social matters, e.g. in the case of promotions, transfers, groupings or contract funerals Appropriate and timely notifications of fees to the depreciating entity and data management in SAP HR Cooperation with staff representatives Work for evaluations and statistics

Successfully completed commercial training as well as professional experience in human resources, ideally in the field of healthcare Knowledge of public services (e.g. TV-L, TVöD, BAT, VKA, AVR) and knowledge of labour law Good knowledge of SAP HR and MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point) Experience in dealing with applicant management systems is desirable Team skills, communication strength and a friendly open-minded appearance Self-employment and discretion
