You support the implementation and further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and contribute to the creation and maintenance of policies and processes You accompany internal and external audits professionally and support (new) certification according to standards such as ISO 27001, TISAX and NIST To continuously optimize the cybersecurity strategy, carry out risk analyses in close coordination with your leadership You analyze and evaluate safety incidents regarding their impact Prioritize and process risk mitigation measures in coordination with your leadership You work with the creation and updating of safety standards, work instructions and processes In order to increase the cyber security awareness in the company, you contribute to the planning and implementation of training measures and support the development of appropriate training concepts You participate in the selection and evaluation of security-relevant IT systems and service providers You work to build and maintain a business-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) and in tests, exercises and the creation of emergency plans with

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of (economic) informatics, information security or a comparable subject area Professional experience in information security, IT risk management and BCM bring you with You ideally have knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301 or related standards Analytical thinking and a structured way of working belong to your strengths Technical facts can be communicated to you in an addressable and understandable manner A high degree of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and friends working in the team are a matter of course for you You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
