As part of our team's operational planning, you will take over the following activities after incorporation:

Planning and coordination of operations of our occupational physicians, occupational medical assistance and skilled workers Contact person for our customers for appointments and organizational questions Voting times and resources Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented deployment planning Processing of short-term changes and failures Maintenance of master data and documentation in the systems used Close cooperation with internal departments

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in MRP, personnel deployment planning or health care Organizational and structured working Communication strength as well as friendly and sovereign appearance Joy in customer contact and coordination tasks Safe handling of MS Office and ideally MRP or planning systems Teamability, resilience and flexibility
