Creation and communication of KPI-based reports, active customer support and timely escalation of relevant topics and close cooperation with global teams to implement best practices.
Master/Techniker (m/w/d) with at least 5 years of experience in gas supply and 3 years of leadership experience Practice in high-purity gas systems, clean room environments and processes of semiconductor or high-tech production Knowledge of contract management, financial processes and quality systems (including SEMI standards, ISO 9001, EHS) Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills Sovereign handling of MS Office, ideally experience with ERP or MES systems High readiness for a dynamic 24/7 production environment and strong commitment to continuous improvement
