In your new role, you are responsible for the implementation control, further development and enforcement of the documentation of construction projects and their demand-oriented provision You create the conditions for the timely and safety-relevant compliance of the statutory retention obligations of admission documents and plant documentation to the Federal Railway Agency To this end, you will develop processes, structures, methods and systems for securing and providing inventory documentation In the further development of the relevant rules and structures for describing and retrieving the inventory documentation, you actively contribute – especially in the context of the digital storage structure You define technical requirements for inventory documentation in construction projects and measures using the BIM methodology You analyze causes of deviation in the field of project documentation, develop counter-control measures and implement revision requirements As a contact person:in you enter and advise large-scale projects and regional areas regarding the creation and transfer of the project documentation You support the development and development of regular reporting and the monitoring of key figures based on a continuously maintained database

Your profile:
