You are responsible for the financial future of the city of Herrenberg, acting responsibly, strategically and publicly-oriented and developing the urban budget continuously together with your team and in trusting cooperation with politics and administration. You motivate people, actively shape changes and keep an overview in complex situations. With your communication strength, your negotiating skills, your collaborative ability and your superior commitment as well as your high resilience, you can also keep an overview in challenging situations and convince both within the administration and politics, bodies and external partners with your safe appearance. Your profile is rounded off by a completed Master's degree in Public Management, Public Administration, Administration, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting. In addition, you have ideally already over several years of leadership experience as well as well as well-founded knowledge in municipal household, cash and accounting as well as tax law.

You will guide our City Combat with the Departments of Financial Accounting, Cashier and Tax Debt, as well as Taxes and Grants, and at the same time take over the Representation of the Department Executive. Together with your team of around 30 employees, you will tax the financial future of the city of Herrenberg and actively promote strategic topics. You are responsible for the creation of the budget, the budget, the supplementary budget and the annual accounts of the city and the purpose associations.
