We are a small, playful software team of about 25 employees with flat hierarchies. We continuously develop our in-house ERP software solution. Together with the Solution Architects and relevant stakeholders, you develop our products for our energy suppliers. You keep track of current market trends and technological developments and ensure that the eg factory is always up to date with respect to legal requirements in the energy industry or innovative solutions. Active stakeholder management is part of your daily business. You create the interface between technical and technical stakeholders. You identify the needs of users, combine them with insights from general market development and shape innovative products in cooperation with architects and business analysts. You are responsible for the product backlog and priority based on the business value of the respective product increment.

You have a successfully completed study preferably in an IT-close study course or a comparable qualification. You have knowledge of agile software development. Certification as CSPO, CSM or PMI-ACP is advantageous. Ideally, you have experiences in the energy industry or in the functional scope of an ERP system. You are able to relate technical and software aspects. You are a team capable and have a high degree of social competence as well as the ability to motivation. Your approach to tasks is always solution- and customer-oriented. You can safely communicate in German and English.
