Number: MER000479Z RD/MD - Development suspension systems & driving behavior is responsible for the development, integration and protection of suspension systems and the Mercedes-Benz driving character across all vehicle series. Our goal is to combine comfort, safety, driving dynamics, innovation and efficiency in a holistic end-to-end system approach and thus create the best customer experience in the respective vehicle segment. At the same time, we are driving forward future topics such as digital development, AI-based processes, central chassis architectures and drive-by-wire technologies. You work directly in the head of suspension systems & driving behavior and get a unique insight into the management of one of the central development areas of Mercedes-Benz. In doing so, you connect state-of-the-art AI applications, strategic management work, technical chassis topics as well as the organisation of major events and executive claws. Own responsibility, visibility and the ability to actively shape sustainable improvements are part of your everyday work. These challenges include: Support of the Center Management and E2-Stab in Operational Day Business Pre- and post-processing of management bodies, workshops and executive clausages Analysis of aides and documents and prioritization of relevant topics for the Center Management Working with the introduction and use of AI applications for process optimization Development of an integration and knowledge management concept for future interns Planning and organisation of events, workshops and major events Creation of presentations, decision templates and management reports Support for cross-departmental projects and internal communication measures Independent acquisition of special tasks in the field of tension between technology, management and organization Insights into the development of modern suspension systems and the Mercedes-Benz driving character The activity can start from October 2026.

Studies in the field of technology, business, digitalization, communication or a comparable degree programme Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook High affinity for artificial intelligence and digital working methods (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) Interest in technical topics in vehicle development and suspension systems Structured, analytical and independent operation Organisational skills and pleasure in planning events and workshops Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with different hierarchical levels High self-initiative, commitment and team capacity Creativity, Hands-on-Mentality and the willingness to take responsibility Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
