Product and Project Manager Automation & Applied Robotics (m/f/d)

Your tasks - shape the future together: In this position, you actively shape the construction of robotic solutions at Würth. The aim is to systematically identify relevant fields of application and to bring together customer needs, market potentials and technical feasibility in such a way as to create practical and scalable robotics solutions for crafts and SMEs. As a link between business development and development, as a product and project manager (m/w/d) you are critically contributing to implementing requirements in a structured manner. You plan, control and coordinate projects in the area of Automation & Applied Robotics independently - from the requirement definition to the successful implementation. Structure, prioritize and follow project requirements in close coordination with internal specialist areas, customers and development partners and ensure a clear translation of technical and technical requirements into implementable work packages. You coordinate all relevant stakeholders throughout the project and create transparency in terms of time, budget, risks and dependencies to ensure smooth and targeted project progress. In addition, you will support the implementation of robotic solutions for crafts and SMEs and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, practically and with a view to customer benefits. You contribute to the selection and control of external partners, service providers and suppliers and help build sustainable structures for successful project implementation. For customer appointments, fairs and other relevant formats, you represent Würth professionally and gain valuable impulses for the further development of our solutions.

Your profile - grow together: You have a degree in economic engineering, engineering, technology management or a comparable qualification. You bring together several years of experience in project management and in the field of robotics and understand how to combine technical and organizational requirements in a structured manner. Training in craftsmanship is advantageous as it helps you to better understand the requirements, processes and challenges of our customers and to accompany practical solutions. Safe handling of Microsoft Office as well as common project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a matter of course for you. Ideally you also have project management certifications. We require very good German knowledge and English knowledge of at least B2 level in word and writing. Their personality is characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation and a pronounced hand-on mentality. Communication strength, team capacity, and a structured and solution-oriented way of working, you are also characterised by curiosity and willingness to learn for new technologies.
