Successfully completed studies in the field of Civil Engineering Urban Water Management Supply Technology or a comparable qualification and well-founded expertise in wastewater disposal Experience with the processes of HOAI planning and the construction process according to VOB combined with openness for technical innovations and modern project management Safe handling of AVA programs and good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Impressed communication strength and ability to enforce even in demanding negotiation situations as well as reliable German knowledge in word and writing at least at B2 level
