Team leader for the service of elevators in the Osnabrück area (m/f/d)

In this position, you run your own business in the company. As a manager of your small company, you are the face to our customers, as well as the interface between customers, your employees and the areas of sales, internal services, purchasing and finance. You are the central contact person for our customers in all aspects of our systems You take responsibility for budgets and tax the operational elevator service in your regional area You expect a daily change, which consists of a combination of office activities, customer visits and days in the field with your technicians You are responsible for a team consisting of up to 10 experienced, professionally experienced and self-employed service technicians With your negotiation skills and reliability, you can secure our day and service business Supply creation for repairs, mini-modernizations and maintenance contracts By ensuring that our facilities run perfectly together with your team, you are actively helping to improve the quality of life of people in your area.
