Master Carpenter Workshop Manager - Furniture Making / Interior Design (m/f/d)

You take over the technical management of the workshop, coordinate the workflows and participate in the teams for the upcoming furniture construction projects You monitor the entire manufacturing process, carry out final checks and guarantee compliance with our extremely high quality standards You are responsible for material planning, technical work preparation (AV) and the programming and operation of modern CNC-assisted machines You are contact:in for our architect:insides and planners:inside, train trainees and promote the further development of the entire workshop team

You have a successfully completed training for the carpenter, carpenter master, wood technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the wood sector You have at least two years of professional experience in high-quality furniture construction as well as in high-end interior design and has a deep understanding of materials You are sure to use modern workshop machines, CAD programs and CNC technology You are characterized by enforcing, organisational skills, a structured way of working and distinct leadership qualities For the coordination with customers and in the team you speak fluently
