About us As a Senior Manager Sustainability Reporting, you are responsible for non-financial reporting and the implementation of sustainability goals. In this function, you are part of the company-wide sustainability community, manage reporting projects for the group and SCHOTT Pharma, consolidate and manage ESG data and take over annual sustainability reporting. You are part of the Corporate Strategy department, report to the Executive Board and support the management team with relevant sustainability issues as well as the creation, adaptation and implementation of our sustainability strategy. Your duties Regulatoryly compliant production and auditing of the sustainability reporting of the SCHOTT Group (e.g. CSRD) Control and continuous optimization of the annual reporting process for SCHOTT Pharma and SCHOTT AG; incl. Coordination of relevant specialist departments Ensure correct ESG data collection and internal control processes in accordance with recognised standards (e.g. ESEF) Management of external audits of sustainability reporting and organisation of the necessary evidence Project management and budget planning in the context of sustainability reporting and regulatory requirements Management of management bodies and specialist committees for sustainability reporting Leading partner:in for management on sustainability issues as well as responsible for defining and managing specific and strategic projects with sustainability Activity in a dedicated team of sustainability experts and strategists Your profile Complete master's degree in an economic science, ideally focusing on audit, environmental and/or sustainability topics At least 5 years of professional experience in an audit firm in the field of sustainability or non-financial reporting, ideally with practical experience from audit, audit management or comparable activities in ESG reporting Evidence of experience in the organisation and implementation of non-financial audits Experiences with climate, environmental and ESG certification and reporting standards (e.g.: GRI; CSRD; ESRS; ISSB, CDP; etc.) Multiannual experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder projects as well as flexible and empirical working in a technical industry environment Flowing English knowledge (German of advantage but no need) as well as joy and skill in handling data and audit environments Enthusiasm for sustainability in a reporting, certification & audit context Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
