Safely on the move – internally and at the construction site You carry out internal work security audits on your own responsibility – with the right not only to comply with our standards but to constantly improve them. At our construction sites, you can keep an overview: You are regularly on site, document, evaluate and pack directly if necessary. You're our face at audit. Whether external auditors, certification bodies or authorities – you accompany audits professionally and sovereignly, prepare relevant documents and convincingly represents our working protection understanding to the outside. You bring specialist information to the point and develop practical safety information, recommendations for action and training materials that offer our colleagues real added value – on the construction site and on the project. Rethink processes – further develop AMS. You analyze insights from cravings, audits and feedback and integrate them into our work processes. Your goal: A continuously better, lively work protection management system that brings us together.

Technical know-how with background. You have a completed training as a technician in or a study in engineering – ideally focusing on energy, construction or related industries. Security is in your blood. As a qualified specialist for occupational safety (§7 ASiG), you implement statutory requirements in a practical and human-oriented manner. Experience that counts. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience, like from the energy or construction industry. You know how everyday life runs on the construction site – and how to make it safer. Communicatorin with fingertip feeling. Whether in conversation with employees, audits or presentations – you communicate clearly, empathically and convincingly. Digitally on the move. You are fit in handling MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use modern tools to efficiently create, evaluate and present information. Presentation-proof. You are sure to deal with presentation techniques and bring technical expertise to the point – whether in a small team or on a large stage. Mobile & flexible. With Class B driving licence, you are ready to visit projects and construction sites throughout Germany – you like to pack up where you are needed.
