Your role You are responsible for the collection, processing and prosecution of supplier-related sales division complaints until the conclusion You perform detailed and accurate records of all supplier complaints, investigations and solutions in the complaint management system You work closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality problems, drive cause analyses and ensure timely and effective corrective and preventive measures (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, CAPA, FMEA,...) You are contact persons for suppliers in the case of complaint and assess the supplier feedback analyze and evaluate supplier reviews and derive measures accordingly You support performance talks (internal & external) after fault accumulations with appropriate measures Classify quality reports and follow the processing of cost refunds You optimize workflows and processes in the area

completed technical training or completed vocational training in the field of mechanics/optics/electronics; an additional certification in the field of quality assurance is advantageous Experience in quality assurance, complaint management or supplier management with internal and external communication You can safely apply the improvement methods such as 8D, CAPA, Ishikawa, FMEA, etc. Experience in modern manufacturing technologies in the fields of mechanics/optics/electronics You have a structured and self-sponsored way of working as well as strong enforcement capability, high problem-solving competence and outcome orientation as well as critical ability The readiness for flexible working hours Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP MM/QM German language skills and good English skills in word and writing
