Head of the consulting center for private and corporate clients (m/f/d)

The area of private and corporate customers is characterized by comprehensive and holistic advice and support for our customers. In your role as head of the consulting center, you are not only responsible for the results of your location, but also for the value-adding management and further development of your employees. Your future tasks as head of the consulting center include: Planning & Control – You conduct, tax and develop the assigned unit strategically, including the responsibility for budget and earnings. Result Responsibility – You are responsible for the performance of the branch and provide legal and regulatory advice in the investment and credit business. Team Leadership & Motivation – You choose, guide, develop and coach your directly associated employees. In doing so, you agree on clear goals, introduce measures to achieve them and ensure active health management. Process development – You opt for cross-border cooperation and sustainably strengthen the team-oriented sales approach on site. You are specifically promoting the team- and customer-oriented behaviour of employees, especially with a view to the final, service and quality orientation. Strategic customer support – You implement strategies to systematically support existing and target customers, optimize customer processes and research cross-selling. Sales & Events – You will ensure the implementation of sales measures and events to exploit market potential. Networking – You build cooperation with partners and unlock new contact points via trade fairs, Kiez events and digital media.

Banking Experience & Qualification – Complete training to the bank businessman/wife, ideally complemented by a further training to the bank/operator. Regulatory knowledge – multi-year practical experience in sales and the necessary regulatory evidence. Staff management – You have a high skill in managing, motivation and potential recognition of sales teams. Readiness for change & communication – You are characterized by a very good communication behavior and brings experience in project work. Negotiation Security – You act customer- and service-oriented and proves negotiation security even in complex situations. Customer & Result Orientation – You show a strong sales talent paired with a profit, cost and risk-conscious behavior. Entrepreneurial thinking – You trade strategically and analytically, think economically and tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner.
