A residential complex for disabled people, a nursing centre with 325 seats together and the LWL rehabilitation centre Ruhrgebiet. With the LWL-Klinik Hemer there is a regional network with an economic and administrative service also for the LWL-Klinik for Forensische Psychiatrie Dortmund.
