Customer IT Support Team Leader (m/f/d)

You guide our customer IT support team and ensure a smooth process. You will ensure a clear prioritization and optimal allocation of all available resources. You actively contribute to technical analyses and help solve customer problems. You work with the other support units and coordinate requests with the 3rd level. You continuously develop services, processes and give important impulses for the further development of our products. You ensure careful care of all relevant documentation.

A completed training or study in the IT field or a comparable qualification. Experience in IT support and at best first experience in team management. Knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, M365, Active Directory, MS SQL Server). You communicate clearly, kindly and can put yourself well into our customers. You work structured, self-responsibility and are an organizational talent. You are ready to occasionally support customers. You are a team player with a natural ability to lead and inspire your team. You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing.
