One of the tasks of the management of a school home is the guidance of an accommodation facility with about 70 beds. The management is responsible for the staff management of up to 10 employees, while the staff member is responsible for the economic, qualitative and content development of the respective school home. In cooperation with the Department for Education and Sport, Schools and other institutions, the management also organizes all aspects to ensure the stay and meals of guests mainly by students of Munich. Furthermore, the staff member* coordinates all matters to be regulated by the school home, such as compliance and revision of the legal regulations (e.g. HACCP) and the budgetary tasks (e.g. controlling, budget allocation). Due to the specificity of the task, the provision of working time is also necessary in part outside the core working hours, for example in the evening or in the context of shiftwork.
